Walking In The Desert West of Hueco Tanks

I went out with a friend and took a nice walk this afternoon. We went a little over 1.7 miles (2,8 kilometers). We both brought along the dogs, and they had a great time.

We found some pre-historic pottery shards on private land. It gives one an amazing feeling of history to see proof that the ancient aborignal peoples were right here on this piece of land, many many years ago.
