Obama Healthcare Summit

President Obama continues in vain to try and find even one intellectually active or compassionate Republican. They remain in lockstep, 100% in favor of deadlock. They can't accept the idea of letting the many millions of people in America who are denied access to medical care into the system. Their attitude resembles many of the pro-slavery arguments in the 1850's.

The record of the Republicans is shameful and disgusting. These right wing nuts are behaving in an evil manner that is unfitting to Americans Citizens. Their behavior is only one step short of treason.

At the same time Barack Obama continues to exclude many people from the discussion, including the Physicians who are in favor of a single payer health care system.

Health care is too important to let greed, the markets, and the profit motive get involved. We don't allow the army or the fire departments to be profit making organizations, and we should view the basic human right of health care the same way.
