I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, I avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates, and I get a bit of exercise each day. Here are the healthy foods that I have eaten today:
Oranges
Fresh Tomato
Purple Grapes
Fresh Blueberries
Fresh Strawberries
Fat free plain yogurt
Walnuts
Sunflower seeds, roasted not salted
Skim milk
Poached Eggs
Mackerel
100% Whole Wheat Bread
With breakfast I took a multivitamin, 2000 I.U. of Vitamin D-3, and a whopping big capsule of fish oil. If a healthy diet would make you well then I should be fine. But I'm not. Maybe eating right is slowing down the gradual degradation due to leukemia just a bit. Who knows? But it sure isn't stopping it. Nope, not at all.
